Food presentation was nice, service was ok. You need to find out the system. Most old servers are gone.

My husband and I were at Rancho Banderas and for a part of the time we used all inclusive option so that our food / drinks were included. The food and drinks were so good, we both felt like we had an enormous deal! The boss during the...voice was super friendly and usually would welcome us on the way into and out of the restaurant; tell us about specials what would bring tomorrow, etc. It was never a problem if we had a special request (no octopus in the Ceviche, as an example, they were really there to make sure that we were exactly what we wanted. The portions are generous and the food looks as good as it tastes. The servers were always looking for drinks, eating in relatively fast time no long waiting times, no lack of personality (Denke Upbeat, friendly and accommodating! from each of the servers we had. Servers and Bartenders even went out to remember our likes/dislikes and confirm in our orders (i.e. no tomatoes with it, right? During the evening meal they have added live background music to the ambience and you cannot go wrong with the beautiful view! We ate at Peppers for most of our meals while we were at Rancho Banderas, with and without the All inclusive package. Recommend this restaurant and enjoy our experience!

A hidden gem you can use even if you don't stay on Rancho's Bandaras. Great view over the Pacific, beach along sandstone cliffs, your vista 30 feet over. White bedding, table well furnished, attentive service and good lunch offer. My family was at Rancho Banderas and chose all inclusive. We were so impressed by food and personnel. The food was consistently delicious. They were also very helpful in terms of our son's mother allergies. We also appreciate the choice of buffet or order from the menu. There were so many choices, so we were always very happy! The view was amazing with a view of the sea. Thank you.

Very slow service. When you order drink more ice than juice. People in the restaurant are not friendly, not personable, nobody care what you're ordering, no suggestion to anyone.
