Whataburger - Corpus Christi

Workers are polite, line moves fast and eating always hot and fresh this is definitiw my favorite whataburger to eat at

Food was hot, fries fresh, long drive thru line did mobile was fast. Update the restrooms have locks on em so no rr

Ordered online for curbside. The order consisted of : a Whataburger Jr., toasted brioche bun, extra pickles, extra raw onions, extra grilled onions, extra tomatoes, light lettuce, mustard, light Mayo. The patty looked like it was boiled, dropped, and put back together. They left off the raw onions, put light grilled onions, extra lettuce, regular tomatoes, no mustard, almost burned the bun. I ordered a large French fry. They came under cooked and not full. A side of gravy which tasted watered down. When I pulled up for curbside, I checked in on the app. They have parking space numbers you select on the app, so they know who is who. Three time they walked out and asked for my name. Even ordering ahead of time, had to wait 20 minutes. I watched people walk in, and go through drive through and get their food faster. The lemon pie was probably the best I have had at a Whataburger. Weird. Guess you have to look at the bright side.

Fries were pre made cold and soggy 30 minutes before I ordered. I got the honey BBQ chicken strip sandwich and I watched my chicken sit in a dirty pan above a dirty stove for 30 minutes before saying how long is my chicken going to sit up there before you make my sandwiches I've worked in fast food. I know it's not a aproved food prep surface. There were more than 7 employees working.the manager was hiding in office only breaking large bills not running the crew. The whole 45minutes I waited in the empty lobby no one washed their dirty hands or changed gloves between tasks.

Come on Whataburger I've been coming to this one for over 20 plus we got it in us to be better I don't know what's going on I don't know if there's not a manager running in I don't know if there's just a particular time that they just like a crew just check out definitely need some kind of I don't know work together class something but by the most part really good food it's Whataburger come on can't go wrong with that unless you're this particular Whataburger restaurant
