Whataburger - Corpus Christi

Good place and they got my burger right but they forgot my spicy ketchup and i?m very salty about that

I ordered my food at 11:02 pm to get breakfast, there was no wait in line but 1 car ahead of me. I waited 10 minutes until someone came out with orders to take out to the car by the time there are 2 more cars behind and the one car ahead of me. Thelady who gave the food gave the food to the car ahead of me and the 2 cars behind me. She asked me what I ordered I said #21.She said it?ll be out shortly. It wasn?t until 11:40 pm she came out with more food and it wasn?t even mine it was the personbehind me again! So asked asked her where?s my food and she said sorry it?s on the way. I didn?t get my food until 11:45 pm.Never going there again! It?s always wait time there regardless if there are cars or not!

Wait almost an hour got home my food was extremely cold I also found a hair in my fries and my order was wrong after I repeated it 3x then I called and spoke to manager Robert and he told me to bring the food back but I wasn't going to drive back there for one meal my husband was eating his burger already and I always go to this whataburger my foods always fresh but for some reason today it's cold old incorrect and the manager was unprofessional!!! wasted money wen I could've gone to a diff whataburger. so disappointed.. I would like to speak to the general manager

I can't believe the craziness that a person has to go through to simply get an order that was wrong and delivered to my house and then when I do call and get hung up only an employee, reach out to customer service twice then finally call the store #12 then main management tells you sorrybut that was 2 days ago soo we can't help you. I

The food was great, but you need to check your order before you leave. It could save you a trip back. Putting prices on the menu would also help.
