Whataburger - Corpus Christi

Last few times I’ve came here I’ve had poor food quality. Fries are soggy and the salt content is weak. I ordered a patty melt today, asked for extra grilled onions and received a pinch of onions. Burgers I ordered were extremely sloppy. Disappointed with this location recently.

Wow. I just went to the Whataburger on Yorktown and immediately regretted my decision. There was a mile long line in the drive thru and people were complaining inside the restaurant. They don't have their **** together at this restaurant. The young manager looks totally inept and people kept coming in saying their drive thru order had been screwed up. Is a burger worth this chaos? HmmmmI think not.

Waited more than 20 minutes for my order. I finally gave up and went to request a refund. because all the orders that were being given out in the dining room were for the 5 managers and or shift leaders that were all sitting together. Never have I seen so many management staff in one restaurant and still have customers waiting too long for their orders. SMH

Ordered takeout around 4 am, got half unsweet tea and lemonade. Didn’t notice that there was a weird clumpy substance in the drink and drank it anyways….called corporate

Always check your burger before leaving. The one time I don’t check it’s all wrong. Drive thru guy is either new or easily distracted. Not going to this location anytime soon.
