Wait 45 minutes for a meal! 45 minutes! only inextricably idk was a problem when they could see manhood members standing around. I will never go back there again!

Bad customer service. I came to pick up a Grubhub order the other day inside the restaurant. There was one other customer eating and an employee on break in the lobby. Drive thru was not even busy. Tall skinny guy was bagging. He saw me when I first came in and that's when he decided to pretend he did not see me standing there waiting. He avoided to look my direction knowing I was there. The other guy in charge of fries saw me too. Both continued doing their own thing like they didn't just make eye contact with me. I waited probably 5 minutes before a shorter guy with glasses decides to ask what he can get me. Is it so hard to acknowledge customers? If you're busy or not in charge of the register at least let someone else know that there's somebody there... I know some places don't allow others if it's not under their name in case register is short. I've worked at McDonald's. It was my first job and they've always taught me to acknowledge the customers. As soon as a customer walks in, you're supposed to greet them. But these kids don't even want to be there. I don't mind the wait but at least learn to acknowledge or say, We'll be right with you I was so close to letting out my inner Karen right there.

I know it's some national or worldwide joke, but this location has had a broken ice cream machine every time I go. Probably 5 times now. It is closest to my house, but it is now dead to me because it can't operate properly.

I would give it zero stars if I could. I usually go for breakfast for my family in the morning and there are always issue with the drive thru order. It just seems as they hate there jobs and take it out on the customers. I have had a 2 different occasions when the manager brings out the food and she forgets one item then comes back and I am still checking my order and something else is missing. She said you didn't pay for and then states I don't know what happened between when I gave your order and I came back with the first missing item. I mean really just check the order before bring it out( after waiting 20 minutes for 2#2 Meals 2 sausage biscuits and hash browns and everything cold and hard) and there will not be any confusion. It is just really insulting when people make comments like that.

Terrible kids were playing around drinking free milkshakes and touching their faces, cleary violating health standards talking to them was like talking to a brick wall. Never coming here ever again. Kid also tried looking at the card to memorize My card numbers, and after they closed got charged by mysterious things, and good thing they got my expiration wrong because it didn't go thru. NEVER HAND ANYONE YOUR CARD. ??
