I had nothing but the best customer service eveytime I go, hands down the best subs, but customer service is today everything and that is the reason I go back! Thank you.

Yesterday was my 2nd trip to this shop. Since moving here in 1991 I have searched for a philly cheese steak and been disappointed each time until Having Jersey Mike's. I commend this business on the taste and warmth expressed on my first trip which brought me back yesterday. Again no disappointment on the ham sub. I was asked (from behind counter) If I was a Vietnam vet. I did have a hat on which stated that I was but a hand was extended to me and a thank you for my service. You have no idea what that meant. I am won over. Jersey Mike's has got a new customer for life.
