Eddies Bakery - Corpus Christi

Eating was excellent! I wish we had eaten something like that I came from. this is the best restaurant we have eaten at a visit in Texas by far!

I’m so glad we tried this place. My family and I were in Corpus for the weekend and decided to try Eddie’s on Sunday before heading back home. It was the best meal we had in Corpus and I told my husband I wish we had eaten every meal here. The food was so so good and fresh and everyone was so nice and friendly. I think they could probably tell we weren’t locals but they didn’t treat us as such! If we find ourself back in Corpus we will definitely be stopping here again!

I love this place I have been eating breakfast for years the food is good and well worth the money the staff is so polite and I love the fact they open at 4am

The waiters and waitresses were incredibly nice and I haven't eaten there in years. The only comment I do have is that they were so busy they almost forgot to take our food order, lol. But other than that it was great being there.

Eddie’s is bomb. Everything they serve is delicious, staff is always smiling. Chips and salsa from this place are something different I always finish my basket. Don’t get me started on their breakfast enchiladas!!!! They Never disappoint
