I didn't like the pizza The pepperoni had honey. Didn't feel happy eating Ordered sangria and it was not sangria
I came in on Sunday a day before my bday on july1. Food was very disappointing. My burger came to me black and my broccoli also was black. She took it back and had another remade. I had to wait for my meal to be remade while my son was eating and felt bad. The food was literally black! I said I’m not eating that it’s cancer. I wish she would have brought out a desert like she said she would have in the beginning for my bday. She also should have removed the cost of my meal to compensate for my food delay. The thing I didn’t like was that they were trying to tell me because it was over an open fire. It made me feel stupid that I don’t know what an open fire is. The cooks should not have cooked it over such a high flame it takes time to cook well done properly. They just cook it fast over a high heat fire. The cooks need to slow down with cooking their meat. This is how cancer starts. You’re poisoning people. The cooks need a refresher in training on how to cook well done meats. Well done does not mean black!
Zucchini Blossom, spicy pineapple pizza and gem salad were delicious is my favorite Italian food in OC most definitely
Went with a party of 6 for dinner on a Monday night. It was pretty empty so it was nice and not too loud to talk with each other. We tried a lot of the appetizers: my favorite was the focaccia and the cauliflower. The portion sizes (for all the dishes really) are definitely on the smaller side, but the quality of the dishes and ingredients were all very high. Among our party we tried a variety of main dishes: the artichoke spinach ravioli and rigatoni bolognese were crowd favorites. The short rib mafaldine came with a lot of meat and was one of the few dishes that had enough to take home leftovers. The roasted salmon had incredible crispy skin though I was disappointed with the size of the filet. I’m not a big eater by any means and I was able to clean my plate! The fennel sausage pizza with potato was the least liked dish of the night. It was big enough to share but it’s very thin and the flavors didn’t impress. Altogether it was a lovely meal with great company! It would have been made an even better night if there were larger portions, but the dishes are expertly made.
