Bidra med feedbackThe exterior lights of the building were turned off at 6pm, which made me think the restaurant was closed at first. I ordered a chicken fajita pita, but the pita bread was very dry and difficult to chew. The filling only had a small amount of chicken, shredded cheese, onions, and mostly lettuce. This experience did not meet my expectations compared to other locations.
The woman at the window was extremely impolite. I ordered a meal and had a question about whether it came with water or milk. When I asked for milk, she replied that they did not have any. I then asked for water, but she told me they did not have any bottles, only cups. When I asked what I should have instead, she suggested I have a soda. I was taken aback by her rudeness and lack of courtesy. She did not say thank you or hello and handed me my change in a very abrupt manner. I tried calling the number to speak to the manager, but there was no answer. I believe that if someone does not enjoy their job, they should at least try to be helpful and polite. She should have apologized for not having water or milk and offered me a soda as an alternative. Instead, I had to pry information out of her and she responded rudely when I questioned her about my order. She did not mention anything about a soda being included with my meal.
This restaurant is absolutely revolting. The floors are sticky, the restroom is out of order and filled with feces in the toilet, and even the ice machine isn't working. It's truly terrible. Given the high cost of living in this area, one would expect them to at least try to offer better conditions for their customers.
