Weary Friar Inn

After reading some past reviews, I decided to try out this restaurant for lunch. I was very impressed with the warm welcome, cleanliness of the dining area, exceptional service from the staff, as well as the generous portion and high quality of the food and drinks. I will definitely be returning when I can.

This charming old inn is located in a peaceful setting and retains its original features. The rooms are practical, each with its own ensuite bathroom. The staff is friendly and accommodating; however, during peak times in the restaurant, they may become a bit disorganized and overlook guests in between courses. Breakfast is mostly self-service, with the exception of cooked items.
