Costa Coffee - Cornwall,Isles of Scilly

Dirty shocking Costa... gusts having to clear tables to sit down. I voted with my feet.... sat in my car and had a bottle of water.

Useless staff. Left standing waiting for coffee while staff severed other customers. Staff became defensive when pointed out I hadn't had my coffee, food was cold and needed to be reheated. Very poor customer service Costa really need to better.

My wife and I visited the Costa Coffee at Treliske Truro at approx 3pm on Friday 27th. I was immediately startled by a very loud 'Hiya Mate ' by the guy behind the counter. Strange but OK. However I then saw the guy making the coffee. Under his aprion he was wearing a cut away vest with his arms, shoulders and arm pits clearly visible as was most of his back. He was also covered in tattoos. Not H&S I feel and I have reported it to Costa. We will no be going there again. Dave

Went to costa treliske business Park today and could not believe how dirty the place was and the toilets were disgusting. This should not be happening with the virus at the moment. Management need to get on top of this and sort the staff out!!! We are regular costa customers but won't be returning here.

Decent coffee, though the staff there are not well-versed in making genuinely good coffee. Also, it is extremely expensive, RM 22 (AUD 7.50) for a cappuccino. I have been to many Costa Coffee branches around the globe and this is one of the most expensive in the world. Even in Australia with much higher salaries the same coffee would cost AUD 5 tops. Just for perspective: a local Malaysian having to pay that much for a coffee, is the equivalent to someone paying AUD 22 for a coffee in Australia.
