McDonald's - Cornwall

Extremely disappointing experience - the staff were rude and careless, got my order wrong and delivered a quarter-pound burger with two slices of cheese instead of the double quarter-pounder I asked for. Unbelievable!

On February 25, 2020, I ordered 2 fillets on my way to work at 10:30 am. I paid $7.00 for the meal. I had one fillet before work and when I reached into the bag for the other, I realized there was only one. I went back to the restaurant later that night at the same time and explained the situation to the staff. They told me to come back during the day to talk to a manager at the McDonald's restaurant. The manager explained that there was nothing they could do since I had called that night, but I worked the night shift. I was disappointed by their response and will not be returning to McDonald's. I will be sharing my experience with others as an unsatisfied customer.

The service at this restaurant was extremely poor and slow. It appeared as though the employees had other priorities and were just going through the motions. It's evident that you get what you pay for, and McDonald's pays minimum wage.

Half the time, they have my order wrong, although it was usually the same. Kid's meal grilled chicken battle with apple slices. They would either forget to give me the yogurt or apple slices. Or they would instead give me fries or roasted chicken... Once I had only the packaging and drink with nothing else, realized it when I came home and it was too late. Last time I went, I only took a drink and there was no mistake, but the guy in front of me ordered 2 coffees and they gave him only one, and he had to explain twice that a coffee was missing while he pointed out at his reception. And although it was quiet without Line Ups, I waited 15 minutes to get my drink.

This McDonald's has by far the best coffee anywhere. I don't purchase food from any mcdonalds as I find the portions very cheap.
