Bidra med feedbackTerra Gourmet is a modern restaurant of tapas located in Cornellà de Llobregat, near El Corte Inglès. I came here to dinner some tapas and I could taste a croquette, which is cold, spicy potatoes (normal) and a selection of salads (rice salad, pasta salad and others). The food was totally normal, the typical dishes you can cook in your house and the staff was friendly. I think that they can improve a lot. Not only is important the place (very well-decorated), also it is necessary a very good food. I drank a glass of white and other of red wine, which were very good.
I have been to Terra Gourmet many times over the past 10 years as I have worked in the Cornellà area. My last visit in February and the food was generally good. The menu at Terra Gourmet is described very eloquently and typically presentation of food is good, however if you do wish to go here I recommend you go at 1 in the day for lunch as service seems to fall apart when it gets busy. I have eaten very good meals here but also terrible meals that were served with such delays that dishes were cold and on two occasions undercooked. There are often a large number of staff working in the restaurant but they appear to be allocated very strict roles, some can only serve food, some can only take orders and some can only stand around doing very little. As a result service can be chaotic and the restaurant seems to lack some direction in general. To be fair this restaurant can be good for a business lunch and the menu is usually quite interesting but I would recommend getting there early as service is often slow. The unfortunate thing is that this place could be very good if they listened to their customers and implemented some improvements.
My child and I walked into this restaurant for a quick bite away from our hotel. It is a cute, clean place and the terrace was buzzing with locals. We are English-speaking, though with Google Translate, I can usually fake it with a menu and waiter. However, this menu had no descriptions whatsoever of any items. The most information were items like, Pasta Salad or Chicken Salad. All of that would be fine, but one of the two of us has a severe food allergy...making for anxiety (I had two epi-pens with me, but still). Adding to that, none of the staff there when we were there spoke any English, so my attempts to ask questions resulted in super-fast Spanish/Catalan replies. But for the food allergy, it was actually kind of funny, in a Steve Martin kind of way. In the end, we avoided the allergen, but I will caution readers that anything called a salad is a small dish of variable items overwhelmed by mayonnaise. Not anything green to be found. Perhaps we just ordered poorly due to our own ignorance, but will not be going back.
Good tapas and good service. good area near the park. I don't understand the previous reviews. Easy to park.
I've gone several times and it's very well-coupled, I don't understand the reviews. The bravas are very good, and almost all the mountaineers, the pissed bones, everything is rich. portions are fine in size. The service is fast. good option of tape
