Not only did i get a cup with a hole in it and got all over me and my car, this is what my food looked like when i opened it up, it looks like someone’s left over cookout tray, what’s up w the chicken looking like someone didn’t want it and just put it in my tray lol?

Filthy on the inside. The patty for the burger was the size of a half dollar. Not the way I ordered it. Corn dog had a hole half the size of itself burnt through it.

Never ever get my order right. Just flat out stealing my money giving 3 out of 4 tray items. Almost every time then don't give me what I'm missing. Sucks because cookout is my favorite. Will have to start going to Bojangles every day.

The food was terrible and cold and the service was completely horrible they were rude, the back of the store was nasty. I love cookout and I will never go back to this location. They are a sorry excuse for a cookout.
