Mcdonald's - Cork

Ordered lunch and waited over 30mins and they were not that busy. McChicken sandwich and chips were cold.My daughter ordered a bbq wrap and got chilli and waited another 30mins to get a bbq and when she got it l,it was a normal wrap no bbq sauce. Very unorganised

You love to order a large coffee after a 12 hour shift and half of it’s missing before you even drink it

They weren’t that busy in there, but our meal took nearly 15 minutes to be prepared. We were standing there waiting. There was a multiple other customers as well waiting for longer periods of time plus customers who would order before us got served before us to kind of disappointed about the wait time, but other than that the food was piping hot and very well prepared.

Honestly I don't usually like this McDonald's but wow the new staff!! I met a gentleman this evening at about 5:45 on the collection window of the drive thru he was fantastic!!! The only reason in giving 5 stars. That man is great!
