Fast service and great chips. Got my order from me while I waited and had it ready when I got to the front of the queue. Lovely chunky fresh chips perfectly cooked. Nice selection of meals on offer and a few deals and promotions. Some inside seating options plenty of parking around the plaza. Busy but not too busy as I said the service was fast. Visited here recently with my Dad who is in a wheelchair. During our visit Dad needed to use toilet facility to get him to toilet we had to ask customers to move so we could get him to toilet. Reason for this too many tables put in so no passageway probably due to greed! Only one toilet for male/female/wheelchair and babychanging. While Dad was using lady came in with her child and ended up returning to her table to wait! My Dad and my partner had both asked for fish one asking for cod the other asked for haddock. When waitress came out with first dish she just said fish and chips so naturally we asked is it cod or haddock and she quite snippily responded I don’t know! And placed it in front of dad quite a rude attitude Can honestly say I won’t be returning obviously wheelchair customers are not welcome as money means more to Dino’s. Basic human right!!!!

We went in recently to get breakfast. We took our seats. And checked the menu fur gluten free options. Menu said GF options are available. However when our server came and asked what the gluten free options were she said she didn't know and would check. Another person cake over after a while and told us that there was no gluten free options at all. That the menu was incorrect and gluten free options were discontinued. Quite simply unacceptable. We were recently in a small isolated location with only one restaurant and everything on the menu was gluten free. That's how easy it actually is. We eat out a lot. That's a family meal each time. And we won't be spending our money here.

Went for dinner here Good Friday and was very disappointed with the famous Dinos "chunky chips and fish what we ordered. The chips looked like something that was left over from the scrappings of the chip pan which were only fit for bin, fish was miserable enough also. The restaurant was clean but lacked total leadership and a sense of management. This restaurant in Ballincollig is nothing compared to the Dinos in Kinsale where food served is of a very high standard and staff are very friendly and attentive, with great management to be clearly seen. The staff and cheff in Ballincollig could certainly learn alot from one in Kinsale. It was way overpriced, €13 for a plate of scrawny chips and broken fish is scandalous but as we were starving and in a hurry said nothing. Definitely crossed off our list in the future. We should of stuck with the RAMEN next door.

I just visited Dino's restaurant today Friday 13th about 5pm, and had a lovely experience. I was welcomed warmly by Orsi, the manager. The festive atmosphere was obvious, with a lovely Christmas tree in the corner, and twinkly lights. Gentle Christmas music played in the background. I ordered the Cajun chicken ciabatta, with chips, and it was so tasty and wholesome. I didn't have to wait long, even though the restaurant was almost half full. There is a generous and varied choice for desserts, but I just had tea, as I had just enough good food. I wasn't staying too long, but the ambience was so relaxed and harmonious, that I could have basked in the warmth of the place, both heating and attention to customers. I'm definitely going to be a regular customer.
