Costa Coffee - Cork

The usual Costa coffee and food, however expect tables that need to be cleaned before you can sit and the toilets are a mess generally. Unfortunately as it's a good spot with easy parking and outdoor seating. The last day I was there was a tray stacked with lots of plates cups left on the ground beside the entrance door.

I usually come into Costa on a Thursday and I’m greeted by two lovely gents. We have a nice chat but last I was served by a lady with a Long Ponytail who seemed to be very over agressive in taking my order as an old woman. She seemed very impatient and dis mannered. I also asked if she could bring down my tray as I have a hard time walking with my walking stick and carry a tray as you could tell as I was responsed with we don’t do table service in a very rude way. Kindly one gent asked if I needed assistance. I would appreciate it if next time I wasn’t talked to like this.

Unbelievable how dirty and scruffy the furniture was. The people behind the counter, had no interest in customer service. Won't be going here again for Coffee or anything.

It is a verry dirty and messy Place. The workers rather fix their hair or exercises and cant tidy 1 table. They dont have time to clean a table caused there is to many custemers even though there like 1

Just bought a coffee. Tastes very pleasant. The place is very dirty. Empty tables with previous patrons dirty cups and plates. Found a empty table and my hand stuck to the sticky surface where it hadn't been wiped down. Two staff on a quiet afternoon. Not good enough, won't be coming back.
