Answer the damn phones!!! All i keep getting is a damn busy signal! Been trying to cancel a order for almost an hour!

"COLD FOOD MELTED BLAST $30 "Ordered food got home and a burger on the order was wrong. Took the whole order back to have it remade so when i got home again the food would be fresh and not an hour old at that point. They remade the one burger that cost $2.50 the whole order cost $30 dollars. My sonic blast was melted when I finally got home and all the other food was cold. Any other place would have taken all the food back and remade the order so it would have all been fresh.

Order drinks on the app all the time. Ordered a large jumbo popcorn chicken today and it was nearly 7 dollars for this. Not worth it.

Marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks now cost 20 cents extra. There is no indication on the menu board that the marinara sauce is not included and that it is extra. But when I order the pretzel twist and say no cheese sauce there is no discount. I tried to say no marinara sauce, then, but the guy was already gone. The app doesn 't work. If I can 't get offers or rewards, why should I go here anymore? Nearly every other restaurant, fast food or otherwise, now has a loyalty program. It seems like the app might have a loyalty program, but it does not work. I will take my dollars where I can earn rewards for spending my money there since it 's an option most other places.
