Kfc - Corinth

Called in my order and it was hot and ready in about 20 minutes!! The staff was so polite!! I told her the order was for a family that lost a loved one and she added extra sporks and gave me some pater plates!! Thank you Ladies!!

Standard KFC experience. I hadn't eaten there in a couple of years, but gave it another shot. The chicken was greasy and lacked flavor. I won't be returning.

During our last visit, we were missing four biscuits that we had paid extra for, as well as gravy for the mashed potatoes and macaroni. When we called to address the issue, we were assured that it would be taken care of. However, on our visit tonight, we were met with a dismissive attitude. The staff member questioned us, asking, “Where’s the receipt?” as if it was our fault for not bringing proof. We weren’t informed that we would need it, and we’re not even sure we received one in the first place. It’s just ridiculous. It felt like she thought we were trying to pull a fast one, despite the fact that we had just placed an order worth $45-$50. Clearly, we weren’t trying to take advantage of anyone.

I had an amazing experience with Ms. Heaven while placing my order. She maintained a professional demeanor throughout our interaction and took the time to repeat my order to ensure it was accurate. The food was fresh and served hot. Ms. Heaven and the entire staff deserve a five-star rating. I will definitely be returning to this establishment!
