Chipotle Mexican Grill - Corinth

I wish I could rate it less than a star but I can 't! They have the worst customer service ever! Skinny teenager working the drive thru on Sunday 10/1 at 5:40pm has the nastiest attitude I told him the order is wrong and he straight up said well that 's too bad thats what my screen is showing me yanked the bag from me and then slammed my food around and said you want it or what?! WHAT!!!? He needs to be fired.

Just ordered online. Every item was made wrong. Also, labeled wrong. Attempted to call the store. The manager was very rude. We have people with dietary restrictions. This will cause people to be get sick. We will hold your company accountable. Asked us to explain, then would talk over us and then hang up. For a professional to handle a situation in this manner is very immature. This happened three times. I used to work for this company. I have never been treated with such disrespect. This was an atrocious experience. I hope this will be rectified.

Went there tonight order on the website went to get my food the chips were horrible they tasted old. I walked in to tell them I wanted new ones they hadchips in tray opened with no lid looked half empty. Ask how old are these chips they said today. I say this morning yes, I ask for a refund they say you have to go on app. Which does not let you ask for refund horrible will never eat here never again.

Everyone was so kind and professional!! They wore gloves, kept a clean kitchen and served us diligently and warmly greeted us!! We love having this chipotle on our home town!!

I never leave bad reviews, but we will not be eating here again.It has been hit or miss in the past but the last time was a complete miss. I got a bowl with chicken and after eating almost half the bowl I hadn't found any chicken! There were about 12 pieces overall.The server also took awhile to even respond to the fact that we were at the counter. We have also waited nearly 15 minutes to pick up food on other occasions.Other times we have been there, it hasn't been clean, trash not taken out, straw wrappers everywhere, sticky tables. The employees hanging out in the back should have the time to get to that throughout the length of a shift.We kept trying to give this location a chance, but it's not worth it.
