We stopped here after visiting the beautiful garden of Ninfa. Small, very pleasant place, excellent cuisine without frills but with raw quality materials and an appreciable touch of creativity in some dishes. We took appetizer of bruschetta and ham of Bassiano cut by hand, various first, all very good, and a fabulous fried cap accompanied by field chicory, all with the black good of the Cincinnato winery (by the way: note of merit for the small winery, because you can drink well at low prices, especially staying on the territory). Cookies, coffee and a good bitter house to finish. 25 euros, honest and deserved, a really enjoyable experience. Avercene, places so near home...

But I assure you that every single dish is sought and only high quality products are offered to customers. The offer is wide. It includes both traditional dishes and modern dishes. Fresh fish dishes are also included on Friday. The service is friendly and helpful. The manager a true sympathetic, always ready to answer any questions. I'm in love with their pappardelle with deer ragù and porcini. Introvable their wrecks to the Amatrician . Try to believe. On national holidays there are usually complete menus created for the occasion. They have the availability of tables outside. It is also possible to order takeaway products. For us, now, a certainty.

The place is small and looking at it from outside you run the risk of underestimate it. Instead you eat very well. Deficient appetizers, excellent raw ham cut with knife by the owner. Good wine. First dishes abundant and tasty. Quality products! I suggest you taste the tiramisu: it is sublime! Average prices. Promoted and recommended!
