O Mpekios - Corfu

If you have the best grilled Greek cuisine, this is the place to go. The lamb aprons are soft and buttery, generous portions too. The restaurant is family-run, very friendly and welcoming. It's a must that you order lamb, it's one of the best I've ever had. Your menu is tourist friendly, It has English translation, so it is easier to order. Also the Greek salad and the Tzatziki sauce are delicious.

Family style greek in a very casual environment. Here you will not find tourists, but local gathering. Talk, laugh and joking. The food is served family style and you get what is available Definitely should You get the Greek salad as the tomatoes are some of the best I had in Europe. Feta baked over the regular feta. Although both are good.

This is an amazing find and from the beaten tourist path. All around us were locals who like to enjoy meals together. The baked Feta appetizer was incredible, but the surprise of the night was the Greek salad. The tomatoes were from this world, and I would come back for them. I am very glad to have stopped here and would like to return to a future visit to Corfu!

Awesome little place frequented by the locals. Half a kilo of bbq'd lamb chops... Simply delicious!
