The waitress who brung our drinks was nice, the cook who made our food was pretty nice and awesome, watching him make the fire on the and cook the food right in front of us it was so cool! He was prettynice and the food tasted amazing! Found a new way to eat my steak and chicken! Wow it was awesome! But expensive but good! ANDyou get a lot of food! Real nice place!
I am giving this location 2 stars only because we did not stay long enough to eat. Otherwise it would be one. When we walked in, we were not greated for 10 minutes. There was a sign in sheet instead of a hostess, but then they did not use it. When we wereseated, we were taken straight to a hibachi table full of other people. We did not want to sit at the hibachi, but were told wehad no other option unless we wanted sushi. My wife and I actually wanted sushi and hibachi, but we were told we couldn't dothat. We ordered two drinks, but my wife was so upset that we were sitting at a loud table full of strangers, I tipped well andleft. We have eaten at many Japanese steak houses, and you can always order hibachi food without sitting at the table.
This was the worst hibachi experience I have ever had. We came on Sunday for lunch special at 2:30pm and paid $81.18for 2 adults and 2 kids. They added on18 percent gratuity because I had 2 toddlers with me as well. The hibachi chef had little to noexperience he didn't talk to us or have any showmanship. He literally tapped the grill 3 times and lit 2 onion rings on firethat was it. The only other thing he said to us was have a good day about 6 times before he got done cleaning and left. Serverwas ok. Looked like she was ready to get off. The food was lacking in flavor my salmon had to have been the lowest qualityfrozen salmon you could get from any grocery store. I will not be coming back I don't recommend.
Food seasoned so good l didn't have to pit my ma'am hands on. Great experience watching your food get cooked 8n front of you. Great atmosphere and on point with serving
We have no plans to return. 18% gratuity for all orders. That should've been our first sign to leave but we figured we'd give it a shot. When we arrived, we observed 2 servers seated at the bar texting on their phones. We were seated shortly thereafter. Theplates in our area were unclean. The miso soup I ordered was disgusting and very clear. I asked the server if she was sure shebrought me the correct soup, she insisted she did. However I've never eaten miso that looked or tasted like that. After I drankmy Dr pepper, I noticed a piece of lettuce stuck to the outside of a cup and we didn't eat anything that had lettuce, so notsure where that came from. Service was horrible.The people seated with us got their glasses and walked all over the unfilledrestaurant to locate someone that could refill their water cups. Our hibachi chef prepared our entire meal and then afterrealizing we still had no refill, he politely went and got us a refill. Once he returned with our drinks, our server returnednot even 2 min later with our check. We paid and left. Again, we have no plans to return. Positive: Our actually hibachi mealitself tasted good.
