Arby's - Cordova

Drive through lady was very rude to my wife because she did not mention she had a coupon at the speaker. He snapped and her and slammed the window. We're not typical coupon users, nor do we ever come to Arby's, we only did because of the coupon. Apparently she was getting paid by the order and not by the hour so it directly impacted her.

Girl at window doesn't smile and looks at you like she could run through you! Maybe its cause I'm was white...maybe it's cause I changed my mind about what I was ordering...or maybe she's just rude...either way very unprofessional!!

Not sure what happen, but the sandwich was less desirable. The meat didn't taste as before and the drink was .30 from being full when presented.

I’ve been to this Arby’s twice just left from there I didn’t even complete my order just left because I’m not about to deal with any kind of disrespect and both times the girl at the drive thru caught attitudes coming like I’m slow if y’all don’t have a certain thing I’m asking for then just say that in a polite way not rude one.

This location’s hours say open until 11pm, yet an automated voice from the drive thru speaker told me they were closed at 10:05pm. As I drove around, the employee was in the window chatting with a car parked in the drive thru. Headed to another location.
