Bidra med feedbackMy burger tasted like washing up liquid. I dunno if they washed the plate then put my burger on it.
We recently had a family gathering at a bustling restaurant where rugby was playing and the atmosphere was fantastic. In our group of 13, we were seated at a spacious long table. As we enjoyed our meals, the noise level decreased and we all savored the diverse dishes that were served. I opted to try the Asian Bowl and popcorn chicken, which were delicious. The Asian Bowl was especially flavorful, fresh, and satisfying. Everyone in my family seemed to be content with their meals and drinks. The staff were attentive, helpful, and friendly. The prices were reasonable, and we even took home leftovers. Thank you to everyone at TJ’s for consistently providing excellent service and delicious food.
Staffed with teenagers with no training. Overpriced pre made packet food. Portion sizes where good but food was bad. Won’t visit again. I can go to Iceland get the same tripe to reheat at home.
I recently visited the restaurant with my friends and we had a wonderful evening. Our waitress, Amy, was fantastic. She made sure we had everything we needed, including more drinks, and ensured our meal was enjoyable. Thank you, TJs!
The main problem with this place is not the silly opening hours, the awful food quality and taste, or even the untrained young staff that are likely only hired so that they can pay the lowest wage possible. Nope. The main problem is the hostile, argumentative management who make it impossible to even engage in a friendly conversation about any of the former issues and reach a sensible compromise when poor service has been received. Whomever the general manager is, they should rethink having any involvement in the hospitality industry as they have no respect for their customers' time, opinions or money. Although, reading through the previous Tripadvisor reviews, I'd dare say that they do it for the thrill of an argument, as they only seem to respond to their negative reviews. I'd rate 0/5 if I could!
