Mcdonald's Restaurants - Corby

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience from my recent visit to the restaurant. I received outstanding customer service from an employee named Katie. She truly stands out and deserves recognition for her efforts. Katie went above and beyond to address my concern about a fresh batch of salty chips, and she even took the time to fix the milkshake machine after a younger male employee, who I believe was named Sean, informed me that it was broken.

McDonald's is generally quite consistent, and the location in Corby is no exception. Orders are fulfilled quickly, and the staff are friendly and helpful. However, I noticed that delivery drivers from services like Deliveroo and Just Eat tend to crowd the front of the waiting area and linger inside while I wait to pick up my order. While I understand their presence, it can feel a bit intrusive from a customer's perspective and takes away from what is otherwise a pleasant (if somewhat predictable) experience.
