Bidra med feedbackWe were a group of 23 and sat outside in the beautiful courtyard. The food and service were amazing; we will definitely be coming back!
Excellent service. When they served fried food that I declined, they immediately came back with an “al forno” variant. Very nice restaurant and location. Good antipasto portions, average pasta portions. While one antipasto was enough for two, the pasta portions were a bit on the smaller side. Excellent food. Amazing flavors. I cannot overstate this enough. You’ll eat local, you’ll eat good. ± A bit on the colder side compared to the outside temperature. This is a detail but might be much for some people. ± Above average cost. Conclusion: Recommended. Though a bit costly, you’ll end up with a great experience and a lot to eat. One antipasto and two pastas will fill you up just right, and combined with one amaro and a coffee you’ll end up at €50. I advice not going with a larger family, or just to eat the amazing antipasto as a small meal unless you got more money to spend.
We went on the recommendation of our hotel on a wet Wednesday evening in September. The map on TripAdvisor was wrong, and once we found it you have to ring the doorbell as the door is locked. The restaurant is in a series of small beautifully restored rooms, and there is no menu, so a good understanding of restaurant Italian is vital, especially if you have any dietary requirements. The food is mainly fish but you can ask for meat, and is made up of local dishes. The house wine was delicious, and we had 4 small but excellent courses we couldn't make dessert! Including 2 quarter litres of wine and coffee the bill was only 60 euros!! We speculated on 100+ before the bill arrived. Thoroughly recommended if you're in Corato.
Super consigliat
