They're busy location but the staff is friendly and they get you on your way as fast as they can. 5 stars for this crew.

I just went to Order my drink and there was no one behind me in line inside and I was talking to the Dunkin employee and then the manager came over and said move along and stop talking. So I said back to him you need to learn how to speak to people and that’s not it. He said we have a business to run and it’s not for you talking. I reported him to corporate I can’t believe how disrespectful this manager is. No one should be treated like this ever.

Cazmira took my order through the drive-thru and that was the beginning of the most pleasant ordering experience I’ve ever had at Dunkin’ Donuts. Not only did they have EVERYTHING I ordered in stock, which typically doesn’t happen at other locations, but it was served efficiently and politely. As I paid at the window, the team behind the scenes perfectly executed my order handing things off to Cazmira who relayed them to me with a smile. Smiling is important. I don’t see enough of it in this stress filled world. Probably took less than 2 mins from the time of order to completion. Gotta be some sorta new record, considering I ordered a toasted bagel with butter. My kid is finishing his second donut as I type this. His favorite is the strawberry frosted. 5 stars and a round of applause ??to this staff for kicking my week off right. I know it’s just a coffee, but it’s the little things that matter. ?
