Which Wich Superior Sandwiches

A BLT sandwich should have strips of bacon not bacon bits (like from a salad bar). Never going back!!

It took 30 min to get one sandwich and I was one of 2 customers. I tried 3 times to order my sandwich on the self-order monitors. Each time the screen froze up when it was time to finalize the order and pay. I called over a male employee for help. He did not know what to do, so he called over a female employee. Still couldn’t get it to work, so they said just to go through the line and they would take my order. The male employee asked me at least 4 times what I wanted on my sandwich as he painfully tried looking for each ingredient to punch in. . He did not know what basil was. I had my order for my daughter on my phone so he pointed to it and asked to see it. He finally got it all ordered but didn’t know how to finalize it or take payment. He called over the female employee again and they mumbled together in their language. I asked what the problem was and got no answer. They were unapologetic and did not acknowledge me at all. The female was dressed in what looked like pajama pants and her top was so short that half of her abdomen was exposed (a midriff top). Totally inappropriate clothing in my opinion. It was a very poor experience overall and I would never go there again nor recommend it again.

One of the worst sandwiches I've had the displeasure to bite into. Ordered the Grinder for lunch, had SO much mustard and mayo it was inedible; unless you like mustard soup! Maybe they were trying to make up for the old, dry bread!?! Too many good sandwich shops out there to settle for this low quality.

The only thing left is to make the sandwich yourself. $20 for medium sand. Three stars is generous

Ordered a sandwich and fries. Only one employee is running the whole location, but they are polite. When my order was ready, I had to point out they did not make my fries. The employee triple checked my order, saw that I did order fries, and told me they are on the way. Next I watched the employee put my fries in the fryer. About 2 mins later I was given the fries, completely raw inside. I don't want to blame the employee for their mistake, but this was a very poor experience. Not sure I'll try this again, especially if they expect 1 employee to do everything, when that is clearly too much for one person to handle.
