Island Vybz - Coralville

All right! We've been following Island Vybz from Iowa City to North Liberty in the last two years because we can't get enough! They have served Premier Automotive's Christmas celebrations in 2016 and 2017 and we will certainly ask them for 2018. You can't go wrong either! We had everything from their wraps to their Jerk Pork dinner (which lasts for three meals! and it's all absolutely delicious. The Jamaican Me Crazy Chicken Sandwich is a popular fan in the shop along with its rice and beans! You could probably just stay in business from our orders. Keep it on the island of Vybz!

My mom told me about this truck. At last it could try today. The food is sooo good and the prices are GREAT with the amount of food you receive. We had the salmon pack and the caesar pack. They were huge. I enjoyed the fryed plankton and the fries are also good. The Boom Boom sauce is delicious. You have to try. Warning: it has a kick on it.

Just had the best food from the island! Pig meat was melted in the mouth, rice and peas were ingenious, and the plantains fritted perfectly. Not almost as spicy as we are used in Negril, but a wonderful meal exactly the same! Irie!

Island Vybz is a breath of fresh air in the overpriced restaurants of downtown and bar food. The passion to create excellent, authentic food is to be seen in every dish. You won't find this elsewhere in the area to try it out. You'll be amazed.

Definitely 100% satisfied with the jerk chicken wrap! That little bit of spice hit the spot : I have never tried plantains before, and they were amazing! Loved it all, great food for a great price.
