She was so sweet and smiled and was so welcoming I couldn't believe the customer service she provided at a sonic out of all places! Everytime I do go to this location it's always a good experience but Jasmin made my day! She was funny and she working because it looked like she was the only one in drive thru and she was killing it! So she needs a raise because she did such a great job!! Shout-out to my girl Jasmin with the fancy eyelashes!!!!
I had this location at a 5- star and I am now changing my review to a 1 star. I went to take my 10 year old for ice cream on the last day of school for getting AB Honor Roll and as a sigh of relief that school is over for the school year and the summer has officially started. I sat in the drive thru was asked to hold on as another patrons order was taken. I mean rightfully so they were there before me, however another vehicle pulled up after that patron and they proceeded to take that person's order. Then I pulled up to a space because by this time I was aggrevated. I hit the red button sat there for 15 minute looked at the screen where hit said I had to hit the button again. Now at this point another patron that had been behind me in the drive thru has pulled into a spot because now the same thing has happened to him. He too hit the button and no one ever came on the speaker same as me. So I now I hit the button for a second time and watch the exact same thing happen to another person. Only this time the gentleman didn't pull into a spot he drove right up to the window. I am unaware of what followed after that. Now I have been at this place since 12:20pm and my order just got taken at 12:58pm. I can tell you alot of people drove off today. The only reason I was still here was to write this awful review.
I generally go to sonic on a regular basis when I go to Coral Springs to go to Joann's Fabrics. This sonic is store number 6653. I have been there probably about 50 times since they started. Last night I went there and the staff was very rude. We ordered an array of items mostly to share with my 2 kids and my husband and I spent $42.83. While I was ordering you heard the staff making jokes about the amount of food that I was ordering. The person taking the order was laughing at the jokes that the other staff was making and kept putting me on hold or mute. I ordered cinnasnacks as well and was not notified that there was no cinnamon sauce to go with it until I went inside to inquire. The popcorn chicken was very hard and over cooked and it look like all received the remnants as it appeared there was no chicken in the container which I threw away as it was too hard to eat. We ordered a limeade that we assumed was like a lemonade however, it was a soft drink which was not stated anywhere on the menu. We generally do not give our kids carbonated beverages. I have never had an issue with this sonic before but last night was uncalled for. Your night staff need to be retrained regarding etiquette of the job and how to treat customers. I am requesting a refund and an apology.
How do expect to be busy and have a loyal client base and you can't even keep the dining room open at 1:30 pm on a Thursday. What a joke. Went to sonic with 8 grown men avg ticket price of $15 per person but guess what we will not be spending our money at this Sonic or any other one as this is the companies standard. Watch a car take 18 mins from the point they ordered to the time they left with food, knocked on the dining room door just to have a employee yell we are closed!! What a joke the staff and owner operators must be.
On May 20th I was in the area and decided to get something to eat for my son and I. We used the external drive up, he got the wacky pack which was ok and I got the grilled chicken sandwich combo. The meals were brought to the car I gave my son his meal and I drove out of the lot, still in the plaza I opened my sandwich to take a bite and was so upset to see the bun was burnt. I circled and went to the drive thru window and gave the sandwich back to the young lady at the window she said ?sorry I?ll get another one? I told her I did not want another I needed my money back. She went for the team lead I suppose, which she then took my receipt and told me I?d be refunded and the money would go back to my account in 3-5 days. It?s now June 16th and I?m still waiting on my refund! I tried calling a few times but the line is always busy. This was my first and last visit. I need my money back!
