Original Pancake House - Coral Springs

American Classic Breakfast. All about eggs (two of two of two) is my favourite: 49 pancakes, over simple eggs, bacon and hash brown; accompanied by 2 cups of coffee. Ladies is the best waitress, she will feel you at home.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! DELICIOUS FOOD! My partner and I had a fantastic dining experience at The Original Pancake House in Coral Springs, FL, thanks to our wonderful waitress Giovanni! She was friendly, courteous, and brought such positive energy to our meal. She was incredibly attentive to our needs and responded promptly to our questions about the menu. We took her recommendations and made some great choices. TOPH in Coral Springs is the perfect spot for breakfast! The sharp, seasoned veggie pancakes are my favorite! The enormous baked spinach, garlic, and mozzarella omelet, along with the massive baked apple cake, were a delightful treat. The cake had the texture of bread pudding with beautifully caramelized apples and a crispy cinnamon and brown sugar crust. Everything was heavenly...just make sure to ask for a takeout bag because you'll likely have plenty of leftovers to bring home!

I was in the mood for brunch, but everywhere else had wait times of over 30 minutes. My friends suggested trying OPH, and I’m glad we did! The atmosphere was cozy, and our waitress was very attentive. The pancakes were delicious, as were the sides. I also appreciated the freshly squeezed orange juice! I definitely plan to return to explore more of the menu.

My husband and I have dined here several times, including for takeout. Recently, we visited with our three-year-old daughter, and we had a wonderful experience. She enjoyed the oven-baked omelet, which was absolutely fantastic! We also tried the crepes for the first time and were not disappointed. Our daughter had the rainbow pancakes, and she couldn't put her fork down because she loved them so much! The food here is exceptional, and the staff is very friendly. Our daughter particularly adored our waitress and even complimented her on her blue hair. We still have a lot of the menu to explore, but we will definitely be back for more. The restaurant was very clean and had a pleasant atmosphere, including the restrooms. I highly recommend this place for breakfast or any time of day!
