Fuji Sushi Cafe - Coral Springs

Sushi is very affordable. Definitely try the off there chain and spicy salmon rolls.

I really like the food here, everything so far was delicious, clean and fresh. When I pick up my food, the lady in the front checks if everything is correct and if the order is correct.

I wanted to try a new place because I didn't find a place that woke me and this place was great! I ordered steak and shrimp Hibachi and it was great and a large part. Rice was great and I also love her Hibachi noodles! Salad was good too.

I ordered the beef tariyaki Bento box, chicken roast rice and one side of sushi rice. The beef was overboiled, making it hard to chew and it was cold together with the spring roll and gyoza. The fried rice was amazing, great taste, no need to add something. Although the vegetables from the Teriyaki beef were cold, it also had a great taste. I still give the place a 4 out of 5, the sushi rice was made perfect for my musubi at home. It has a seasoned but very balanced rice wine vinegar taste.

So far so good. we tried it for the first time this week and that?s all we?ve been eating the rest of the week. it?s definitely not healthy. a lot of stuff is fried or greasy but then again we ordered it. i must say the chicken tenders, chicken tempura, and honey garlic chicken is all the same. clear and miso soups are great. my parents love the shrimp, sushi, and sashimi. will be back for more.
