The addition very little food to the dishes. then you even have to pay for a water cup! That's crazy!

I don't understand how come to this place and you can't get what you want. So I go to the line and I want to add some items to to my food like corn or pico de gallo but they said they don't have it but when you look over to the online order there is corn or pico de gallo and I asked them if I can get from there since I see they have but they said no that they can't. That makes none sense at all and is always like that.

Horrible horrible horrible service, never get the order right, food portions are much less with crazy price increase. Pollo Asado is tasteless, not worth your money

Great location with good quality food. Workers are pretty nice. I don’t really have any complaints.

Buyer beware! I ordered through UberEats and received a completely different order. I ordered the Pollo Asado bowl and received a pork bowl with dairy. I'm attaching a copy of the receipt and the received item. I'm aware mistakes do happen but I waited an hour for my order and then I could not eat because I don't eat pork. Their corporate response was less than satisfactory. I received a coupon for a free bowl to use in 30 days! It's going to take a while to even go back to Chipotle.
