Bidra med feedbackAmazing Burritos. I have an original steak burrito without rice and beans. Guacamole and chips are made fresh to order. It even has the avocado seeds inside. A little too much lime for my pleasure, but my bf loves it. They sold themselves for the day so that I don't try, but they have traditional Mexican chickens doves with the olives inside.
Chini's Burritos is in a shopping area in a place that is easy to miss when you pass. The food in the restaurant is currently not allowed due to COVId-19 restrictions, but there are two small tables right in front of the restaurant where you can sit and eat. I ordered the original Burrito with Steak and my wife ordered the Enchiladas Verdes. We also ordered a page of homemade guacamole with chips. The Steak Burrito had a good combination of flavors consisting of homemade pinto beans, rice, Mexican cheese, salad, tomatoes and sour cream. A red and green sauce accompanied the food that thoroughly complicated the Burrito. I think the red sauce should be a little spicier than the green, but also not really sharp on me. Portion size was particularly good for the price tag of $9.49. My wife also enjoyed her enchiladas. Both the guacamole and the chips were homemade and tasty. The Guac has no smooth texture as you have probably experienced in many other Mexican restaurants and is shocked instead. However, this does not distract from the taste at all and is very good to have on the side with your meal. For price and taste, I recommend it to anyone looking for a traditional Mexican meal.
Chini is unmatched in South Florida. A truly authentic and a kind of Mexican food. It is a small family business and the only thing that rivals the top notch food is customer service. On my third trip to Chini I felt part of her family. They are so welcoming, pleasant, beautiful and real. Let the food die! I had Mexicans from Boston, New York, Miami, Dallas, San Francisco and Los Angeles (Yes, I am a Burrito-Addict
I am Jamaican and my husband is Dominican and we love to eat here I had my 1. Tamales
Really a 3 star overall but have to give it 4 as it is clearly a family business. Food is on the bland side but authentic (if that makes sense). Not complaining because I actually prefer to add my own salt to my meals for healths sake. Not many Mexican places in south Florida in general. This one isnt the best yet is still worth it. Try it out! Seems like one of those places that will get your order customized to your personal preferences if you are a regular or know what changes to ask for. Expect to spend about 15 bucks for meal and a drink. Everyone was really nice.
