Never open always closed or closed for a private event horrible customer service don't even bother. Don't go by online hours there not accurate. I live a block away and this place is always closed super unprofessional

Google said it was open until 1 am. I arrived over half an hour before the supposed closing time. It was closed. Ridiculous.

It's amazing how you can give someone the most simple task, to ask them no, to pay them to do the absolute minimum they advertise that they do and they still can't get that right. I ordered two desserts tonight and only one arrived. When I spoke with a brain surgeon at the ice cream store, after five or six Absurd explanations she told me they weren't able to make one of the desserts because an item was missing. They never tried to call me. They never tried to reach me to see if I wanted some thing else. They blamed the delivery person. And the ice cream was nothing like what I ordered. This is ice cream you can get at Dairy Queen. Save your money and your time.

Came here today for our first time. The website says the business is open but when we got here it was closed. I called to verify and they said they had a private party and couldn’t post their business hours online every day to update. Well, that’s a huge inconvenience to those who are from out of town! Maybe find a way to do that so people don’t drive 30/40 min tour of their way to come here and then have to turn around.
