Oneburger - Coral Gables

I've dined at this restaurant several times, and there's one recurring issue: the food takes far too long to be served. Burgers shouldn't take 20 minutes to cook, especially when the restaurant isn't busy. The service is quite lacking; the server seemed to think he was doing me a favor by bringing my burger after such a long wait. While the burgers themselves are decent, the frustrating service really detracts from the experience. Address this significant issue, and you might find greater success in the long run.
