Ricky's Restaurant - Coquitlam

Decided to go for dinner, that was the most terrible food ever. I ordered the Meatloaf dinner, my wife had the Turkey dinner. The portion size on the meatloaf was so SMALL dry and heated in a convection oven, this came with microwave Mac and...cheese and not warm. The Turkish dinner of the wife was also fought with old broccoli and dry turkey and lumpy engraving. Also, pumpkin cake with turkey dinner and no whipped cream had been available. Head office must take a close look at this franchise, it won't be much longer in business! This restaurant needs an overhaul!

I have visited this restaurant for breakfast several times, and it has always been enjoyable. Today, I brought my wife for lunch and we were impressed by the exceptional service. The lunch menu offers a wide variety of options, including a special lunch selection. The French fries served here are made with real Kennebec potatoes and are truly the best I've ever had.

I have dined at Ricky's many times in the past and have always received excellent service and food. However, this newly updated Ricky's was a disappointment. We waited to be seated and after 15 minutes without any service, we decided to leave. There were only two waitresses working for 20 tables and they seemed overwhelmed and unprepared to handle all the customers. Even if they had just offered coffee, it may have improved the experience, but I doubt it. The manager needs to address these negative reviews and provide better training for the staff. I will definitely think twice before visiting this restaurant again.

The new Ricky's at the Coquitlam Centre is terrible. They changed a great place to a worst ever, the renovation is terrible. Cold, high prices, dirty and only young skin caregivers who do not know much. Before the renovation and the new property, Ricky's was a Geat place for breakfast and the waitresses who were jealous were fabulous. Now you got out and you're done well. We'll never go back there, it's just not good anymore. You shouldn't have changed anything good.

Ricky’s is a great breakfast spot. Topped off with a fantastic young server Saturday morning made the experience a great one. Thanks for good food and terrific service
