Red Robin Restaurants-Canada

We have been frequenting this restaurant with our children for years, celebrating many birthdays and dinners there. After a two-year absence, we were excited to enjoy one of their delicious burgers once again. However, we were disappointed to find that the quality of the food had declined significantly. The fries were served ice cold, and even when we requested fresh ones, they still arrived cold. Despite the long wait due to understaffing, it is unacceptable for the kitchen to serve cold food. The manager seemed more focused on cleaning tables than attending to customers, and our server acknowledged the issues with the kitchen staff. Overall, we were very disappointed with our experience and may not return in the future.

Love the free birthday burger each year. We had lunch today and we loving our burgers. I enjoy mine with lettuce instead of a bun. Endless fries or salad. Great service. Thanks Red Robin for the birthday sundae too.

Very average service, food wasn’t too bad but had to wait for drinks, food, refills, etc. Many groups seated so the restaurant was really loud.

Tent with small group in June, which was beautifully accommodated. The service was very good, but the strange part was that they were out of the beer, so we got Stellas, which I don't care, but at least they honored the special. Neither... onion rings? Really? One of the most popular appies and they don't have one? But the rest of the food was good and of course the fries continue. Had a wonderful time and I'm sure we'll be back.

My family and I visit this restaurant every few months and we always have a great experience. The service is quick and friendly, and the food is consistently good. However, I think they could improve on their hosting staff as they were slow and did a poor job of cleaning and setting the table. I ended up having to redo it myself while the hostess just stood by and watched.
