This store pricing matching policies suck. After complaining to customer service I learned Superstore that you will only match competitors that are nearby. I understand there was a change in policy 1.5-2 years. This really is false advertising. As well, purposely reducing the number of cashiers so you have to wait in line to price match sucks as well.
I want to share my unpleasant experience. I bought a box of 12pc plates and bowl when there was a sign for whole of boxes $40. But in my receipt price was $65. I backed to customer service and informed them, after 10 min a manager came and told that price is for other box not that one and that box is $65 while there was not any other sign. I showed picture which showed just one price for all boxes. I spent my time to purchase and then spent time for check price. She did not apologized for this inconvenience and just refunded. It is not a good customer service. I expected she does a scanning code of practice or at least give an apology for their mistake.
I was in your store at 8:30 this morning. I asked a clerk in dairy (I believe his name tag was Amir) if you carried a particular product. Together we were unable to locate. However I continued shopping and was mid store when the clerk went out of his way to find me and inform me he found the product I was seeking. Great Customer Service! Thank you Jack W.
Really bad shopping experience. Brought 5 packs of lamb. It was brown color and squishy. The customer service stuff was really rude. keep questioning me‘where is the brown color’ and didn't listen any explanation. Then let me waiting for 10 mins. Just talked on the phone. Finally the manager came to fix this issue. I felt really bad over there. Never think about the return items have to meet their personal standard. Terrible.
