Bidra med feedbackThe Pho itself is average, but they don't have any concept of service. No greeting, and don't check up on anything. They can keep their business here due to location. What an unpleasant experience. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
The food is decent (which is why I gave an extra star), but I don't think I will be returning due to the recent reviews sharing their unhygienic cleaning practices spoiled meat. One of my family members once found a hair in their soup during a previous visit as well. Service is horrible basically nonexistent, you have to do everything yourself or chase down the servers in hopes you can catch their attention. Not a hello, goodbye, or even a thank you for coming.
Heard raving reviews about this and came to try. Portion is big. So you might want to have a take away container just in case. Noodles and soup were on the bland side. But to make up for it, the lemongrass chicken was kinda salty. Fried squid tentacles were replaced with non tentacles part and it didnt even fill up the plate that was served with, so lowkey felt scammed. Service was ok, just that had to call out a few times to get too up for tea (as the chicken seems to have overdosed on salt) , it is also in a busy complex so it depends the time you arrive to snag a parking spot.

SPOILED MEAT- DO NOT COME HERE AND RISK GETTING FOOD POISONING. My boyfriend and I have been loyal to Pho Superbowl for over 2 years since moving to the area. I have also been to their new location on Kingsway. We have tried many different dishes from their House special pho, spicy beef pho, house special with saté broth, their rice dishes, vermicelli dishes, chicken wings, salad rolls, and their bahn mi. We have brought our friends and family several times to eat at Pho Superbowl because we loved their food and generous portions. Today, I ordered #66 grilled pork and spring roll vermicelli which I have had plenty of times before, but for some reason, the grilled pork tasted sour and off, like the meat had already gone bad. I waved down one of the servers to let them know and she was nice enough to offer to change it to a different meat. I picked out all of the spoiled meat into a small bowl which she took back to the kitchen. Then, I heard the head cook angrily yell in the background. Shortly after, a different lady came back with the same bowl with the spoiled pork and said they can 't give me a new one because I already ate it . What do you mean I already ate it? It wasn 't like I finished all the food and asked for a new bowl for free! I just took out all of the spoiled pork out of my vermicelli bowl and planned to eat the rest of the food! I am beyond disappointed especially since we loved coming to eat here and we were always generous with tipping.... but we are not coming back. I understand that restaurants can sometimes have a one-off, and I am usually willing to give another chance. However, since they did not want to fix the issue after I brought it up (especially regarding food safety like spoiled food), Pho Superbowl doesn 't deserve another chance.
