Loz Takos- An Urban Taqueria

I would give zero stars if I could. They advertise 6 tacos for $13 on Tuesdays. They would not honor it even though it was a Tuesday. Rather made an excuse that it was a recent promotion that expired 2 days prior, yet their sign is still prominently displayed. Instead charged $15 for 5 when their regular sign shows 6/$14. Thankfully, I had my receipt to show as proof. Manager was rude as well about it. He didn't even give me my food and told me to go eat elsewhere. I see that others have had the same complaints in the past few months with the same issues. Never again!

I ordered with only meat, beans, rice, cheese sour cream. Only means ONLY. I don't care if its a weird order it's what I paid for. It was a pick-up go so when I got home a realised their mistake so I could go back to return it. Also I opened it only 15 minutes after getting it it was barely lukewarm. I asked if they could add crushed tortilla chips sweetcorn but they said it only comes as a side. If you physically have the item then it's good business to give the customer what you have the ability to give. I've no problem paying extra but it's pure stupidity to not allow the customer this. All of this for $16 is ridiculous. Learn how to take an order correctly give the customer the option to add things that you already have.

Spent just over $16 on a burrito bowl with baja fish had a huge chunk of bone that cut the inside of my mouth really bad. And a bunch of small shards of bones that I carefully took out. I thought I had it all but I swallowed a solid piece that I missed. It’s still stuck in my throat. I’ve ordered this from here several times but never have I had bones. So I never expected it. I mentioned to the employee at the counter she apologized but also said they try to get all the bones out. Wow there should be a disclaimer when purchasing to watch for bones. I am so astounded disappointed. Never ordering there again. If you order the baja fish, WATCH FOR BONES!
