The Harbor Haus - Copper Harbor

I have chosen the harbor house restaurant on a special day for dinner, especially because of my German heritage. the view of the harbour from the second floor it area was spectacular, the service was also great. what the meal was all the more extraordinary. everything was exceptional! from garden salad to braided bark and cut with black forest cream torte.

What a surprise to find a German restaurant in this opposite. I was concerned that because they also have a complete menu of other items they may not be looking for the traditional aromes from a German restaurant. my worries were obviously in vene because they nailed it. each menu item has been carefully thought out and made from fresh ingredients. we both had the jägerschnitzel, late zle, fresh vegetables and a side of the sour wort. it was very well made, perfect brot, wonderful mushroom gravy and huge portions. the number of German dishes on the menu was limited, which in view of the situation and difficultness to keep some of these recipes on the hand, even the busiest places, not to mention, they did amazing things with their others who were not a small order. they had a fantastic selection of German beers both design and filled. the personal was amazingly nice and knowledgeable, especially on the German side of the dinge. the can't be beaten and the opposite is nice with friendly people on each row. it is worth stopping their time to dinner when they find themselves in the opposite, or make a trip only for this great place.

During our visit to Copper Port, we decided to dine at this restaurant. It was truly a wonderful experience. The ambiance by the lake was absolutely stunning.

This restaurant in Copper Harbor has the best menu. The service may be a bit slow, but the food is delicious and the view is incredible. Honestly, it's better than it looks at first glance.

We have been regular patrons of The Copper Port for many years, often dining with friends. We always make sure to book a dinner reservation in advance. The crab cakes are a must-try item on the menu.
