My son does Taco Tuesday every week at Rosa's because the taco plates are half off. The staff are very good at their jobs and are extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant is clean and vibrant with a lot of cultural decor. I gave the food a 4 star instead of a 5 simply because this is a franchise chain restaurant that cooks what is provided to them. If the chefs had a little freedom to add a little extra flair to the food, it would be a place I would choose on a regular basis.
