It is not reinventing the wheel (or meal, in this case , as it's menu is something you'll find something similar to at a variety of other breakfast locations: omelets, skillets, eggs, pancakes, etc. There are also burgers and sandwiches for lunch, which i have not tried admittedly. What it does do is serve that food extraordinarily well. I'm very happy with the quality of the food that's provided, and the quantity, as well as just the reasonable nature of the food provided. Delicious breakfast in Coppell. Tucked away in a quieter part of town, Local Diner definitely brings ?diner? vibes with its decor. Very clean, well staffed and everyone is so friendly. I ordered the French toast plate, perfectly grilled, large portions. Coffee is good too. Just what I needed to start my morning!

Delicious! Who doesn?t love a good meal at the diner? The decor is nostalgic and the team is quite welcoming. I arrived at 1 pm and there wasn't a wait. I had the patty melt on rye with French fries and a root bear float. The meal was hot and fresh. The float was memorable. There's nothing like real ice cream and root beer. Overall, a grand dining experience.
