Oliver's Bistro - COPACABANA

I have visited Olivers multiple times in the past few months and I am always impressed. The restaurant offers great value with fresh and interesting meals, affordable beer and wine, and friendly staff - particularly Gary Oliver, who even shared one of his recipes with us. The views over Copacabana beach are sensational.

I have dined at Oliver's bistro twice since its opening and was extremely impressed with the menu and quality of the food.I am a fussy vegetarian and really loved the Falafel Plate . The falafels were sensational and all the acompanying dips were all freshly made (not pre fab) . The servings are generous and the service quick. The staff are friendly and helpful and I really liked the way Gary the chief comes out to see how you enjoyed your meal.The view is fabulous,right on Copacabana beach at the surf club and of course the drinks are well priced. The meals are priced reasonably and the menu has quite a few choices.

The coffee is excellent, the food is delicious, and the prices are great. The service is professional and experienced. I appreciate the relaxed, unhurried atmosphere of Island time.

This has been my favorite coffee spot since it opened some time ago.
