Starbucks - Coos Bay

Can't figure out the difference between hot and cold drinks,

Just wanted to note that whoever designed this drive through did a terrible job!

Went to pick up a mobile order through the drive thru. The ice coffee I ordered was filled to the brim with a very loose lid put on the cup . No matter how I dealt with the overflow, I was going to end with a lap full of ice coffee. Had to stop all my errands because of this and go back home to change. Never going to order from there again.

Manager was rude about my service dog and says it's ok to have a service dog here but won't let us sit at the comfy chairs . never had this problem at another starbucks and I travel I go to all of them

Easy location. Clean and staff are always polite. Went there for 3 days in a row.
