Pollo Tropical - Cooper City

Jan. 27, 2024, I visited the Ccper City Pollo Tropical, where I placed a dine in order for three meals, two of which were the same. There was no utensil except for spoons, so I informed the cashier, and he responded that they didn 't have any more. I responded. Do you expect us to eat with spoons like infants? He just continued taking another customers order, the another staffer located a box of the knives and forks beside the drive-through window. We lated reviewed our receipt and notice a over charge of $2.00 for one of the two exact meals. So I brought it to the attention of the same cashier, and he said one was dark meat and the other was white meat. But on the plate before me were the exact same chicken part on both plates. He said he didn 't know, so I decided I wasn 't getting any rational explanation for the $2.00 difference from him and left the store. On the way home, I called the guest service number on the receipt, and he suggested I return to the location of my purchase to resolve the issue. I told the guest services representative that I would not be returning because I would be burning more gas for a $2.00 refund. So he said he would take my information and have a manager return my call, and I am still waiting.

Couldnt have been worse. Undercooked rice, undercooked meat, no beans just bean juice, old onions. Avoid.

Super clean, excellent customer service, food was great. Way better than the pollo in Kendall area usually dirty and load.
