Pollo Tropical - Cooper City

Here and the only whole chicken they have 5 boneless chicken breast, 2 sausages, with salad and beans. When I asked why they said we closed at 6:45. Pollo, what happened to you?

This place is the worst. I can't nail exactly what the real operating times are at this point, but it's about noon until 3 or 4:00. They never seem to be available for an early lunch or an early dinner: it is bizarre and annoying because they don't really adapt their schedule what it is. If they are open, this tends to forget some of the most obvious needs (I got a bowl without utensils or napkins). The food is decent enough, but the few times they were actually open when I was over, the experience was miserable. You should seriously consider shutting down something more important in the room.

They don?t listen to instructions and after a while of tolerating this, it becomes aggravating. Several times have I asked for X and got Y. I want to support this business, truly, but in addition to the aforementioned, they do not abide by their posted hours. Neither the sign on the door nor their hours on Google/online accurately reflect their actual hours. You serve dinner food yet at 4.45PM you?re closed? You are wasting both our time and gas. Neither of which is cheap. Last but not least, they tease several food items and then in two months or so it?s off the menu. Let?s call this the Taco Bell model. They would do better to make explicitly clear that said item in question is a promotional item for a potentially limited time.

Lobby was locked no note.. drive thru was 40 min and I saw 6 to 8 cars leave. I was stuck in line.... once I made it to window to order and pick up food I did see they were short staffed so I am sure that was the issue. They got moved up to 3 stars because the food was good ?

Service is bad. Chicken tastes like gum without flavor. Rise was bad. They threw my food inside the To go bag and when I got home all the beans spilled all over the food. They were working without gloves. They were cleaning while cooking and serving the food. They close at 11pm, but at 10 you won't be able to to inside the store anymore. I order a whole chicken and they gave me three pieces. (See pictures) it also look disgusting and it smells like dog food.
