Bidra med feedbackPoor customer service, manager did not care about my issue. Which is very apparent that she could care less about how her employees did their job. Or treated customers. After my order, was told to wait in front because the chicken was still cooking. After 25 minutes I went into the store. Food was still not done. Waited another 8 minutes. When I asked what happen, the kid was like I don't know. Asked to speak to the manager and she never did speak to me. She came to the front counter talked with the kid at the register and went to the back. Typical Coolidge attitude.
I recently went to the location at around 12:15 or so, when i ordered the person who took my order gave me an attitude (she looked like an older lady) when i ordered and on top of that I ordered the 5 piece of nashville hot tenders for my girlfriend and we didn?t notice because we thought perhaps they were in a different container but only 3 were there and she already ate then so we couldn?t go back to ask for more. I would give it a zero if i could. What a disgrace to KFC and Taco Bell.
If something is NOT working like there card reader they need to have a sign at the beginning of the drive through instead of getting in line .. the person that was to take my order was rude wouldn't talk after I said I had no cash .. they mess up on orders alot also .. but hey they do have good food when it's cooked all the way ..
The customer service was very good and the restaurant was very clean. The rest room was well stocked and very clean also . I will be going back again.
